Thomas Dubas has an extensive career in law enforcement, starting as Chief of Police at Blakely Borough Police Department for over 20 years. Thomas then moved on to serve as Chief County Detective at the District Attorney's Office in Lackawanna County. Thomas later became the Director of Emergency Services for Lackawanna County before assuming their current role as Director of Essex County Regional Emergency Communications Center in February 2012. Thomas holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice from Marywood University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Scranton.
