Marianna Biancardi has been in the food industry for over 20 years, holding various positions in sales, marketing, consumer insights, and sensory analysis. Marianna is currently working as a Regional Sales Manager at Essex Food Ingredients. Prior to that, Marianna worked at Symrise AG for two decades, starting as a Flavor Chemist Assistant and rising to the role of National Account Manager. Biancardi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition - Food Service Management from Rutgers University.
