Led by the Field Operations Manager and Senior Superintendent, this team coordinates daily field operations, manages schedules, oversees on-site activities, and swiftly addresses any issues that arise. Supported by Expeditors, they streamline workflows, maintain timelines, and ensure that resources and materials are in place. Their mission is to uphold Essex’s high standards of safety, quality, and communication, ensuring every project is completed successfully and to the client’s satisfaction.
