Bibhu Kumar has diverse work experience in various industries. In 2018, they started as a Business Development Intern at INDOLIFE INSURANCE MARKETING Pvt Ltd, where they provided information on insurance policies, generated sales reports, and developed leads. BIBHU then worked as a Teaching Intern at Brilliant Study Circle - India, gaining experience in education. In 2020, Bibhu worked as a Finance Intern at IIFL (India Infoline Group), where they prepared research reports on financial products and learned analysis techniques. Later in 2020, they joined The Sparks Foundation as a Data Science and Business Analyst, where they identified areas for improvement, conducted exploratory data analysis, and made predictions using unsupervised machine learning. In 2021, they worked at MedTourEasy, gathering and analyzing financial and business data and presenting findings. Currently, Bibhu is a Solution Intelligence Analyst-1 at Essex Lake Group, where they utilize their skills in intelligence analysis.

Bibhu Kumar pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Economics from Dyal Singh College, completing the program between 2015 and 2018. Subsequently, they enrolled at Delhi School of Economics, where they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Economics from 2019 to 2021.
