Sahil R has worked as a Manager - Strategy Consulting at Essex Lake Group since June 2020. In this role, they delivered strategic recommendations to a Capital Market Client (Bank of Montreal) to optimize expenses and led a team in developing analytical frameworks for a top Credit card issuing bank (American Express). Prior to that, from 2017 to 2020, Sahil worked as a Senior Consultant at Inductis, where they optimized channel strategy and drove NCL reduction for a top US Credit company. From 2015 to 2017, Sahil worked as a Business Analyst at Snapdeal, focusing on personalization and recommendation systems. Sahil also gained experience as a Summer Intern at both Snapdeal and 3M in 2014 and 2013 respectively, and as an Intern at Elements Socio-Business Ventures in 2013.
