Shivam Chandela began their work experience as a Customer Support Executive at Teleperformance in June 2019, where they worked until March 2020. In 2021, they joined Innowatts as a Data Analyst and held this role until February 2023. Starting in April 2023, Shivam will be working as an Analyst for Solution Development at Essex Lake Group.

Shivam Chandela completed their education in the field of data science and computer science. shivam obtained a Data Science Pro degree from Imarticus Learning in 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from B.S. Anangpuria Institute of Technology & Management in Alampur, Faridabad from 2017 to 2021. In addition, they obtained a certification in Data Science, Python, and Machine Learning from Imarticus Learning in July 2021.
