Sneha Garg

Sneha Garg has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sneha started their career at Polyplex Corporation Limited in 2007 as a Sr. Executive HR, where they were responsible for manpower planning, staffing strategies, and employee fitment. In 2010, they joined Johnson Controls as an HR Manager, focusing on recruitment, compensation management, and the implementation of disciplinary policies. Sneha then moved on to a confidential company in 2017 as an AM HR, where they assisted in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and administered compensation and benefit plans. Currently, they are a Senior HR Specialist at Essex Lake Group, where they are involved in HR functions.

Sneha Garg's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Institute of Technology and Science, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad.
