Luis Santana, MPH, PMP, CPI has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Luis started their career in the US Navy in 2001, where they held various roles including Preventive Medicine Technician, Project Manager, and Preventive Medicine Program Instructor. Building upon this foundation, they pursued a Masters of Public Health degree with a specialization in Environmental Health from the University of New England, which they completed from 2013 to 2016.

In addition to their academic achievements, Luis Santana has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional skills. Luis became a Master Training Specialist at the Navy Medicine Training Support Center in September 2019 and acquired the ServSafe Manager certification from Ft Sam Houston in the same month and year. Moreover, they demonstrated their expertise in project management by obtaining the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2021. Lastly, Luis Santana received the Certified Postsecondary Instructor designation from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) in August 2020.
