Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Finance at Essex Property Trust, where responsibilities have spanned multiple finance-related roles since joining in June 2015, including Director of Finance, Finance Manager, Finance Associate, Economics and Research Associate, and Economics Analyst. Prior to this, Smith worked as a Research Analyst at DTZ from April 2014 to June 2015, focusing on commercial real estate tracking and reporting in the Southern Peninsula market, and at Cassidy Turley from June 2013 to April 2014, coordinating research and maintaining databases for broker operations. Smith holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Saint Mary's College of California, acquired between 2012 and 2015 and 2007 and 2011, respectively.
