Steven Maltz

Steven Maltz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate and finance. Currently serving as Vice President of Revenue and Vice President of Standardization & Process Improvement at Essex Property Trust since July 2021, Steven previously held leadership roles at Jamba as Chief Operating Officer, Franchise Owner, and Operator from April 2015 to July 2021. Prior experience includes a managerial position in Asset Management and Economic Research at Essex Property Trust, where Steven contributed to a $16B merger, as well as roles as an Equity Research Associate at Jefferies & Company, Audit Associate at KPMG US, and a Business Economics Accounting Department Grader at UC Santa Barbara. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
