Alejandro Galindo is a seasoned engineering and business development professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing and aerospace industries. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at EssilorLuxottica, Alejandro coordinates a multiskilled team to enhance plant performance through process standardization and the establishment of key performance indicators. Previous roles include Business Development Manager at Align Aerospace, where Alejandro successfully developed growth strategies, and Product Specialist/Foundations Trainer at Martin Engineering, focusing on bulk material handling solutions in Spanish-speaking regions. Alejandro began his career as a Senior Engineer at Essilor, providing technological support across various factories in Asia, and also worked as a Project Engineer at MEXROLL, managing industrial projects.
