Bastien Caratini

Bastien Caratini is a project manager in training at EssilorLuxottica since January 2023, notable for driving the digitalization of participant tools, which improved environmental impact and engagement while centralizing data on an LMS platform, and enhancing onboarding experiences for new employees.
