Caroline Beresh

Caroline Beresh is currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate and Store Development at EssilorLuxottica since March 2023. Prior to this role, Caroline held various positions at Luxottica from August 2005 to March 2023, including Property Director, Senior Portfolio Manager, Portfolio Manager, Project Coordinator, and Department Manager. Caroline began her career in the sales team at Swatch Group from 2003 to 2005. Caroline's educational background includes a leadership degree in Resilient Leadership from Harvard Business School in February 2022, a course on Leveraging Executive Female Talent in 2019, Leadership Impact from Human Synergistics between 2014 and 2015, and a degree from Macquarie University completed between 2004 and 2008. Early education was completed at Abbotsleigh from 1994 to 2003.
