Christine Boulnois has extensive experience in incident management, quality improvement, and project management within the IT domain, particularly in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Domain Manager for Incident Management and Quality Improvement at EssilorLuxottica since June 2021, Christine focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, promoting ITIL practices, and training support teams. Prior roles at Essilor since 2000 included responsibilities as a manager of support for manufacturing applications, leading various projects involving business intelligence (BI), application migrations, and technical governance. Christine holds advanced degrees in distributed systems engineering and applied computer methods, complemented by a background in application development and program analysis.
