Dawn Price

Dawn Price is an experienced HR leader with a strong background in optical retail and service sectors. Currently serving as the UK Optical Retail HR Director at EssilorLuxottica since December 2024, Dawn provides support to various brands including Vision Express and David Clulow. Previously at Vision Express, from June 2022 to December 2024, as Head of People Services, Talent & Reward, Dawn led transformation initiatives and oversaw employee relations for over 5,000 staff. Dawn held the position of Operations Director at the Solicitors Regulation Authority, enhancing customer experience and team performance, and served as Head of HR for both the Solicitors Regulation Authority and The Law Society, managing HR functions and a substantial budget. Dawn's early career included significant roles in HR transformation and management at Orange Personal Communications, and store management at PC City Sverige AB. Dawn holds a BA (Hons) in Human Resources Management from the University of Plymouth.
