Fafane Trompette

Fafane Trompette is a Junior Project & Process Improvement Manager in the Eyewear division at EssilorLuxottica, focusing on project management, product development processes, and ISO 13485 certifications since January 2022. Previously, as a Junior Product Development Manager at EssilorLuxottica, Fafane developed optical and solar eyewear collections. Prior experience includes an apprenticeship at GrandVision BV, where responsibilities encompassed market trend analysis, product development, and showroom preparation, as well as roles in retail management at Auchan Retail. Fafane holds a Master's degree in Management & Biotechnologies from Ionis-STM, and a Bachelor's in Life Sciences and Health from CY Cergy Paris Université.
