Francesca Ciafre'

Francesca Ciafre' has extensive marketing experience, currently serving as Head of Marketing Retail EMEA at EssilorLuxottica since February 2015, where previous roles included Global Sr. Marketing Manager and Global Brand Manager for Ray-Ban. Prior to EssilorLuxottica, Francesca worked at Ferrero from April 2011 to February 2015 as Senior Brand Manager Bevande, focusing on the Estathè brand strategy. Earlier positions at Ferrero included CEO Marketing Strategist and Product Manager for Kinder Cioccolato, as well as roles at L'Oréal as Brand Manager and Junior Brand Manager, and a Sales Representative at BOLTON MANITOBA SPA. Francesca holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Università Bocconi.
