Heather Young

Heather Young is a seasoned professional in the eyewear and retail industries, currently serving as Vice President of EyeCare at LensCrafters and For Eyes with EssilorLuxottica since January 2024. Previously, Heather held the position of Vice President of EyeCare at LensCrafters since January 2023 and spent over 16 years at Luxottica in various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Operations and Regional Director of Operations. Heather's early career included a substantial tenure at Saks Incorporated as General Manager, overseeing multiple department stores. Heather holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business with a focus on Fashion Merchandising from Auburn University and has additional educational credentials from West Virginia University.
