Jodi Hubbard

Jodi Hubbard is a seasoned professional in the optical retail industry with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Regional Manager at EssilorLuxottica since April 2023, Jodi previously held the position of Market Manager at Target Optical since April 2022, and served a decade at Luxottica Retail, where responsibilities included overseeing the second-highest volume store in the region and driving sales through exceptional guest experiences. Previous roles also include Retail Supervisor at VisionWorks, Team Lead positions at Luxottica Retail, and optical management at US Vision, along with foundational experience as an Optical Technician and a Combat Medic in the US Army. Jodi holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Butler County Community College.
