Paige Shoven

Paige Shoven, MEd, BBA, ABO-AC, currently serves as the Manager of Eyecare Training and Education at EssilorLuxottica, where responsibilities include planning and executing training programs to enhance the company's presence in the US eyecare community and facilitating customer adoption of the Leonardo learning platform. Prior experience includes roles at Neurolens as Field Training Director, where Paige developed training systems for field employees, and Practice Development Specialist, focusing on product implementation in physician practices. Previous positions at Essilor involved directing sales and training for a multi-million dollar region, as well as training and consulting roles for optical locations. Earlier career milestones include managing general operations at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses and providing optical services at Coppell Family Eyecare. Paige holds a Master of Education from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution.
