Unika Bovell is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in corporate recruitment. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Corporate Talent Acquisition at EssilorLuxottica since March 2015, Unika Bovell is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies while fostering strong relationships with business leaders. Prior to this role, Unika Bovell was Manager of Talent Acquisition at Avon from 2005 to 2015, overseeing full-cycle recruiting across North America and global departments, particularly in the Beauty and Consumer Products Goods industry. Unika Bovell began a career in human resources at Viacom as an HR Assistant from 2003 to 2005 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from New York City College of Technology.
