Youssef Guerbaz

Youssef Guerbaz, Eng. has over 15 years of extensive experience in information technology and project management across various sectors, primarily at EssilorLuxottica since November 2020 as IT PMO & Governance Lead. Previously, from September 2012 to November 2020, Youssef held multiple senior roles at Essilor, including Senior Systems PM focusing on IT Enterprise Transformation, ERP deployments, and supply chain management. Earlier experiences include management positions at Nikon Optical Canada Inc., Air Liquide Canada, Kraft Foods, and Reebok CCM Hockey, enhancing project management, technical support, and continuous improvement initiatives. Youssef holds a Micro-MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business, an MBA in Project Management from HEC Montréal, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
