Don Humphreys

Don Humphreys is the Vice President of Operations at ESS, Inc., where they oversee operational excellence in manufacturing. With a robust background in both domestic and international manufacturing, Don has held senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Global Manufacturing at Aquion Energy and Vice President of Manufacturing at Eos Energy Storage. Their educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee. Throughout their career, Don has demonstrated expertise in various manufacturing processes and has successfully managed both start-up and established operations.
