Janet Fischer

Janet Fischer has extensive experience in the field of voice, data, and surveillance equipment, serving as a Field Engineer at Essintial Enterprise Solutions since May 2010. In addition to this role, Janet has worked as a Field Tech for Work Market and as a Pro for On Force, where responsibilities included installation, repair, and maintenance of various equipment. As a Field Service Engineer for Field Nation since January 2000, Janet has continued to enhance technical skills. Janet also owns and manages Allstar Advantage, Inc (dba Allstar Communications, Inc.) since May 1986, overseeing operations across multiple states and managing subcontractors and employees. Notably, Janet contributed to the Alaska Logistics Team at Lockheed Martin between 2002 and 2003, supporting the installation of security equipment at airports. Janet holds a High School Diploma from Santa Fe High School, graduating as an honor student with a focus on Business, Management, and Marketing.
