Andrea di Paola

Andrea Di Paola has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and operations, currently serving as Vice President Sales & Marketing for Central and East Europe at Essity since December 2011. Andrea has spearheaded a digital transformation within the Product Supply Organization and previously held roles such as Vice President of Global Operations and Plant Manager & Slovakia Director, overseeing a factory with 1,000 employees. Before joining Essity, Andrea worked at Procter & Gamble from February 2006 to November 2011 in various leadership roles in supply chain management, contributing to operational excellence across multiple departments. Andrea’s early career included an internship at Permasteelisa Spa focused on project implementation. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from Luiss Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Palermo.
