Bill Kilishek

Bill Kilishek has extensive work experience in various roles. Bill started their career at Bergstrom Automotive in 1983, where they managed the parts department, handling warranty work parts inventory and coordinating with factory representatives. In 1986, they joined SCA - Hygiene and Forest Products Company, where they held multiple positions, including being a full-time union president and a technical trainer. In these roles, they actively promoted safety initiatives, conducted training for new and current employees, and worked with operations management on work systems and negotiations. In 2017, they became the union president at Essity.

Bill Kilishek attended the UW Madison School for workers from 1998 to 2012, where they focused on continuous improvement and labor relations. Bill then enrolled at Fox Valley Technical College from 1989 to 2010, studying to become an electrician through the "Train the Trainer" program and cultural awareness courses. In 2015, Bill returned to Fox Valley Technical College to pursue an Associate's degree in Safety Engineering Technology, which they are currently working towards.
