Bill Lucey

Bill Lucey is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and management within the healthcare and facility solutions sectors. Currently serving as Country Commercial Director and Vice President of Sales for Health & Medical at Essity since 2019, Lucey oversees P&L responsibility for U.S. sales across multiple divisions, leading a workforce of 255 employees. Previously, Lucey transformed the U.S. Healthcare Incontinence division at Essity, achieving significant revenue and EBITA growth. Prior to Essity, Lucey held various leadership positions at Veritiv and xpedx, where responsibilities included managing large sales teams, driving sales growth in diverse markets, and developing innovative service models. Bill Lucey holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Salem State University.
