Donato Giorgio

Donato Giorgio is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in supply chain management and manufacturing. Currently serving as President Global Supply Chain and President Global Manufacturing at Essity since March 2015, Donato oversees a workforce of 17,000 employees across 52 production sites within a publicly listed company with Group sales of €13 billion. Previously, Donato held various leadership roles at SCA Hygiene Products, including President Global Supply Tissue and Global Procurement, and Vice President Supply Chain Personal Care Europe and MEIA. Donato began a career at Procter & Gamble, where responsibilities included Operations Manager for Beauty Care and Tissue. Donato holds a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Bari.
