Marcel Andela is the Vice President of Product Supply Medical at Essity, where they are responsible for the medical supply chain across 12 global sites and over 2,200 employees. With extensive experience in the consumer goods industry, Marcel has held various senior roles, including Plant Manager and General Manager, and has demonstrated expertise in change management, operations, and digital transformation. They possess a Master’s degree in Economics and Logistics from the University of Amsterdam and have consistently driven organizations toward excellence through innovative leadership. Marcel continues to lead in the Health and Medical Solution unit at Essity.
