Sarah Douglas is a results-driven strategic leader currently serving as the Global Brand Director at Essity. Sarah previously held the position of CEO at AMV BBDO, where Sarah led the agency through its most creatively successful period, earning numerous prestigious awards including Agency of the Year at Cannes in 2019 and 2021. Earlier in their career, Sarah gained experience at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide in various account management roles.
