Taylor Matthews

Taylor Matthews has a wealth of experience in the financial sector. Starting in 2006, Matthews interned at Centurion Holdings, where they worked under former Chairman and CEO of UBS Financial Services, Joseph Grano Jr., learning aspects of private equity, operations, and finance in a tutorial setting. In 2007, Matthews became a Financial Analyst at McNamee Lawrence & Co. In 2009, Matthews was a Senior Business Analyst at Fidelity Consulting Group, and a Consultant at International Fitness Training Institute. In 2012, Matthews was a Business Development at AppStori, and a Summer Associate at Barclays. In 2014, Matthews was a Manager and Senior Consultant, Strategy and Operations at Deloitte. In 2016, Matthews was a Head of Account Management, Customer Success, and Business Operations, and a Business Operations Lead at ForUsAll. Finally, in 2019, Matthews became the Founder of Farther, a new kind of financial institution.

Taylor Matthews attended the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained an MBA. Prior to that, they attended Yale University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a BA in Philosophy and Political Science. In October 2015, Matthews also completed a Cognitive Technologies for Business Course from NovoEd.
