Prior to this role, Blair worked at Cbus Super Fund from June 2006 to October 2022 in various positions such as Executive Assistant - Brand Growth & Product, Executive Assistant - Brand Advocacy Product [BAP], Team Assistant - Strategy and Operations, Support Officer in Workplace Distribution, Executive Assistant to the CEO and Fund Chair, and Administration Assistant.
