With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Praveen has held various roles in major companies such as ESSSuper, Bapcor Limited, Ministry of Social Development, and more. Responsibilities have included managing relationships with vendors, resolving hardware/software/network issues, and ensuring smooth operations through change management processes. Additionally, Praveen has experience in facilitating change advisory boards, leading incident review meetings, and providing timely support to internal employees.
