Laetitia Gagnard

Laetitia Gagnard currently serves as the Directrice des ressources humaines and previously held the position of Directrice adjointe des ressources humaines at Est Ensemble since August 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an Elève administratrice territoriale at the Institut national des études territoriales (INET) from February 2021 to August 2022, where Laetitia was co-referent for the Human Resources and Management group. Notable internships include roles at the Conseil départemental de la Seine-Saint-Denis and the Mairie de Bagneux, focusing on HR strategies and studies related to professional wear and tear. Additionally, Laetitia has experience as a legal advisor at the Commission nationale des comptes de campagne et des financements politiques, and in various capacities at the Ministères de l'Intérieur and des Outre-mer. Laetitia Gagnard holds a Master in Public Affairs from Sciences Po and completed training at INET.
