O'Donnell is a Managing Member at Argos Advisors LLC, consulting and investing in lower middle market companies. Additionally, O'Donnell is a Henry Crown Fellow at The Aspen Institute and has contributed as Deputy Chair of the Board at BeBop Technology, which successfully exited to CREE8.io. Past roles include Policy Advisor for Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, President & COO at Ringers Technologies LLC, and various leadership positions in investment management and advisory across multiple firms focusing on private equity and real assets. O'Donnell graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Williams College.
