Nathaly Johanna Martínez Quirós

Nathaly Johanna Martínez Quirós has work experience at two companies. Nathaly Johanna started working at Tecnológico de Costa Rica in 2021, where they had roles in the Bioenergy Lab, Virology Lab, and Bacteriology Lab. At the Bioenergy Lab, they worked as a research assistant on a doctoral project related to cellular suspensions of Rubus adenotrichos Schltdl for obtaining antioxidants. Nathaly Johanna joined Establishment Labs in 2022 as a Post-Market Surveillance Intern and later transitioned to a Post Market Surveillance Technician role in 2023.

Nathaly Johanna Martínez Quirós pursued their education at the Tecnológico de Costa Rica from 2019 to 2022, earning a Bachelor's degree in Ingeniería en Biotecnología. Prior to that, they completed their Bachillerato en Educación Media at the Colegio Científico de Costa Rica from 2017 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Nathaly obtained several certifications. Nathaly Johanna acquired a certification in Biotecnología Farmacéutica from the Tecnológico de Costa Rica in September 2022. Nathaly Johanna also obtained a certification in Antimicrobial Resistance - Theory and Methods from Coursera in December 2021. Furthermore, they received a certificate of proficiency in the Oxford Test of English, at a B2 level, from the University of Oxford in August 2021. Nathaly also acquired certifications in Validation of Methods and Calculation of Uncertainty in Industrial Microbiology, English Strengthening (CONARE-Tec), Python Data Structures, Biology Meets Programming: Bioinformatics for Beginners, and Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python) from various institutions and platforms in 2021.
