Julio Castañeda Torres

Julio Castañeda Torres is an experienced .NET Developer currently working at Estafeta Mexicana since November 2021. Previously, Julio contributed to the Instituto Nacional de Salud Pública from February 2020 to October 2021 as a .NET Developer, and worked as a .Net Core developer at the Instituto Nacional de Electricidad y Energías Limpias (INEEL) from February 2021 to September 2021, focusing on RESTful API development using .NET Core and Angular. Julio served as a trainer for the Python programming language at the Tecnológico Nacional de México (TecNM) in October 2019 and worked as a system analyst at Minpoza from January 2017 to January 2018.
