Ott Raigla serves as the Head of Engineering at Estanc since August 2023. Prior to this role, Ott was the CEO of Woodn Engineering from June 2022 to August 2023 and also held the CEO position at THORN Engineering OÜ from September 2018 to November 2021. Earlier experience includes roles as Business Manager and Design Manager at SWENCN AB from August 2016 to September 2018, Head of Engineering Department at Timohouses OÜ from 2013 to August 2016, Design Manager at KRTL OÜ in 2012-2013, and Design Manager as well as Development Projects Engineer at Koger & Partnerid AS from 2006 to 2012.
