Jason Matthews

Jason Matthews has a diverse work experience in the field of digital and software engineering. Jason currently holds the position of Head of Digital and Software Engineering at Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Scapa from July 2006 to January 2023, where they served as Head of Development and Web Developer. In these roles, they led the internal web development team, executed IT projects, and built relationships with senior management. Additionally, Jason was the Director at SD Hosting from June 2006 to September 2010. Overall, they have strong expertise in web development, project management, and leadership.

Jason Matthews completed their education at Sheffield Hallam University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a BSc (Hons) degree in Web Information Systems, focusing on Information Technology. In 2016, they also obtained the Harvard ManageMentor certification from Harvard Business School.
