Fernando Covarrubias serves as the CEO of Mujer Divina Restaurant Group since November 2020, managing and operating three restaurants in southern San Diego, with a strong focus on innovative concepts in Mexican artisan food and drinks. Under Fernando's leadership, Mujer Divina Restaurant Group has earned recognition in the Michelin guide. Prior to this role, Fernando held various positions in the hospitality industry, including Rooms Manager at Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa and Housekeeping Manager at Grand Pacific Resorts, as well as multiple roles at Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa. Fernando's educational background includes studies at San Diego Mesa College from 2013 to 2015.
