Ararat Yuzbashyan

Ararat Yuzbashyan is the CTO at EstateGuru. Ararat has over 17 years of experience in software development and has held various leadership positions throughout their career.

Yuzbashyan began their career as a C++ Developer at the Yerevan Automated Control Systems Scientific Research Institute from February 2002 to March 2006. Ararat then transitioned to Senior ASP.NET/C# Developer at NairiSoft, Inc from January 2006 to June 2011. In this role, they were responsible for developing ASP.NET applications, ADO.NET, XML, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, MS SQL Server, DB2, Crystal Reports, DBArtisan, and Visual Studio.NET 2005/2008/2010.

From February 2011 to April 2019, Yuzbashyan worked as a Senior Software Developer Team Lead at Essential Solutions. Ararat was responsible for leading a team of software developers in Grails / Groovy, MySQL, Agile, and Scrum.

In April 2019, Yuzbashyan became the CTO at EstateGuru where they are responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company and leading the engineering team.

Ararat Yuzbashyan received their PhD in Technical Science from the Yerevan Automated Control Systems Scientific Research Institute. Ararat also holds a Master's degree in Informatics and Applied Mathematics from Yerevan State University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same school. Ararat began their educational career at the Physics-Mathematical School.

Ararat Yuzbashyan reports to Marek Pärtel, Co-Founder & Chairman. Ararat Yuzbashyan works with David Musu - Head of Retail Investors, Marko Arro - Partner & CFO, and Artūras Konusevičius - Country Manager, Lithuania.
