Dan Allen

Dan Allen has extensive experience in telecommunications and technical support, currently serving as the ESI Sip Implementation Coordinator and Tech Support Supervisor at Estech Systems, Inc. since October 2007. Responsibilities include supporting and troubleshooting ESI phone systems, with a focus on superior programming and hardware support. Previously, Dan owned and operated a DJ business, OurDfwDj, from January 2008 to June 2022, providing music services for various events. Dan began a career at Bridge Networks as an Install Tech, where installation and cabling work were performed according to Bellcore specifications. Educational qualifications include certifications from The Sip School in networking and SIP, along with a high school diploma from Plano East Senior High.
