Eric Vergati

Eric Vergati, CPA has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles in the finance and accounting field. Eric currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Estech Systems, Inc. (ESI) since May 2022. Prior to this, Eric served as the Controller at ESI from September 2018 to May 2022.

Before joining ESI, Eric worked as a Consulting Services Supervisor at Montgomery Coscia Greilich LLP from February 2016 to September 2018. Eric also held positions at PLH Group, Inc., where they were the Manager of Financial Reporting from March 2015 to February 2016, and the Senior Corporate Accountant from March 2014 to March 2015.

Eric's career began at Goldman Sachs as a Senior Analyst from April 2012 to March 2014. Eric also worked as a Financial Analyst at Susan G. Komen from March 2011 to April 2012.

Eric's early career includes a role as a Tax and Strategic Business Services/Financial Planning Associate at Weaver and Tidwell, LLP from September 2008 to March 2011.

Throughout their career, Eric has accumulated a wealth of experience in finance and accounting, which makes him a valuable asset in their current role as Chief Financial Officer at ESI.

Eric Vergati, CPA has an educational background that includes a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Rollins College, obtained from 2003 to 2007. Eric also holds a Masters degree in Accounting from The University of Dallas, completed from 2007 to 2009. Furthermore, Eric has earned an MBA with a focus on Finance from The University of Dallas between 2010 and 2012. In addition to their education, Eric has obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
