William Miller

William Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical operations and support. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Operations at Communications Technologies Management since November 2015, William oversees all tech support and sales engineering efforts. Previously, William has held key roles at Estech Systems, Inc. as Level 2 Tech Support, where responsibilities included analyzing customer issues and collaborating with engineering teams. William's background also features project coordination at Field Telecomms, Inc., managing multiple field teams for major installations, and technical support at Candlewood Suites Headquarters, focused on desktop support and network system installations. Academically, William holds an Associate's degree in Management Information Systems from Wichita Area Technical College and has attended Wichita State University and Collin College for further studies.
