Alfonso Saturno

Alfonso Saturno is an experienced Brand Director and Managing Director with a strong background in luxury beauty, currently leading the Tom Ford, Jo Malone London, and Luxury Fragrances brands at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since July 2021. Prior to this, Alfonso held various leadership roles at L'Oréal from July 2008 to June 2021, including General Manager for Yves Saint Laurent and Giorgio Armani, where strategic management of multiple brands delivered substantial P&L results. Key contributions include leading market share growth initiatives for Lancôme, overseeing successful product launches for Biotherm, and managing brand strategy and development for renowned cosmetic brands at Henkel KGaA. Alfonso holds a BA Hons in Business in Europe from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
