Amy Kleinberg

Amy Kleinberg is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the retail and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Regional CIO for North America at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Amy oversees a comprehensive technology portfolio that includes supply chain, analytics, and omnichannel solutions. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of CIO and Head of Digital Commerce at alice + olivia, where a three-year strategic IT roadmap was developed to enhance business intelligence and global omnichannel capabilities. Amy's tenure at Tiffany & Company included leadership roles in omni-channel retail, digital commerce, and business intelligence applications, managing multi-million dollar programs to enhance customer engagement. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Senior Managing Consultant at IBM. Amy holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia, majoring in Economics and American Government.
