Andreea Dumitras

Andreea Dumitras is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and IT delivery, currently serving as the Business Analysis Practice Lead and IT Delivery Team Lead at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since April 2022, as well as holding the position of Director of Business Analysis in R&D Operations. Prior to this, Andreea worked at KPMG Romania for over 14 years, where responsibilities included managing large-scale IT and business process improvement projects, engaging with executive stakeholders, and utilizing lean six sigma for operational improvements. Andreea began a career in consultancy at AGER Solutions, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation projects. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
