Anthony Mendillo

Anthony Mendillo serves as the Executive Director of Global Technology at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since September 2021, where responsibilities include developing and leading omnichannel customer experience strategies for skincare and makeup brands, resulting in significant increases in purchase conversion and cart value. Anthony's career also includes extensive experience at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where roles spanned mobile product management, loyalty program enhancement, and guest experience innovation. Anthony holds a B.A in Political Science from Pace University.
