Bruce O'Leary

Bruce O'Leary has extensive experience in retail operations and technology, currently serving as Executive Director of Global Retail Operations and Technology at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since August 2016. Prior to this role, Bruce held the position of Director of Retail Operations & Technology at J.Crew from February 2007 to July 2016. Bruce O'Leary holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Telecommunications Management & Network Architecture from DeVry Institute of Technology.
