Catie Grau

Catie (Gackowski) Grau has a strong background in human resources and organizational roles, currently serving as a Human Resources Associate at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Prior experience includes positions as a Human Resources Coordinator at FULLBEAUTY Brands and a Pre-Certification Assistant at Garden State Orthopaedic Associates. Catie also gained experience as a Social Work Intern at New Milford Public Schools and held multiple leadership roles within Alpha Xi Delta, including Director of Programming, Historian, and Mental Health Chair. Catie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from The College of New Jersey from 2017 to 2020 and previously studied Communication at Temple University in 2015-2016.
